I can assure you that no-one get made to do anything that they don't want to do at a workshop.
You take it at your own pace, nothing is rushed and there is NOTHING to worry about when you're there.
Remember, everyone at a workshop has AP to some extent or other, and the guy(s) who are running it either have it themselves or have done, so there is no-one there who will push you into anything.87
