Very good approach in that you talk of the future that's ahead of you: you at least are relatively lucky in that there may be more future ahead than past behind you. I mean it helps having less "paruresis years" behind you at this moment.
Reading other people's stories on this forum will help you. Do not pass by the enormous assistance a workshop offers.
