Hi Michelle, My name is also Michelle & i have had this problem for many years im now 40 & have 3 childern if you get any info on self cath i would be very gratefull if you would share this with me or if anyone else on the site does i would love to hear from them at least it would mean i could take the childern out with a back up option if i carnt use the loo instead of having to come home to go all the time.I havent been to my Gp about this because im scared she wouldnt of heard of it. Im glad you have found this site it is nice to know you are not a lone with this. Take care Michelle
