Hi Michelle, I am 49 and have suffered from this problem for a very long time now. It is reasuring to speak to other ladies who have the same condition. I am hoping to deal with this before I turn 50, that is my goal! My mother used to run the cold taps in an effort to help me, sometimes this worked. I can usually manage to go when my daughter is with me but she is now 19 so that is not an option now. I find it very frustrating when there are always long queues for the ladies (never for the gents are there) and just have to walk away. My friends are very understanding but I just want to be 'normal' like them. Good to talk and share experiences. 96
