Ooooooooh nooooooo! I hated that battle so much! Ok, firstly, make sure you have a lot of pouches, then make sure you have as many ringers solutions as possible, (if you haven't got any, get the next best health and mp recovery item), make sure you have the best weapons, grenade gun for example, and lots of ammo for it. (if you meet Rupert outside of the shelter and he gives you that gun, that's even better, it's EXTREMELY effective, but if you have plenty of grenades, leave it for later, you'll need it after you've defeated this big baby!) When the monster opens it's stomach, run as fast as you can to the furthest point away from it, so as to try and avoid it's lethal blast. It's a good idea to get armour that gives you 150+ hp too. That's all I can do for ya, sorry if I couldn't be any help, but I hope it does.
