Posted by mike on April 8, 2003, 16:43:25, in reply to "Re: Parade" honestly, i heard the florida production was not very good from the actor who played dorsey in our production. he said they did many things that were absurd (i.e. using a pre-recorded band, having random dancers in "come up to my office", skipping dialogue and songs.") unless this was a different production. oh well. just what i heard. bye!

we almost didn't use a curtain call. and we certainly did not use the upbeat music that was provided for it. we used group bows of characters with equally-sized parts, i'm pretty sure leo and lucille were the only solo-bows. it was a silent curtain call, and afterwards the lights just dimmed to black.
