Excellent observations, and , yes, there is a reference in the book to Leo's murder. Interesting observations about "Cabaret".......Last night we staged the finale of act two : a mob, a dead girl on stage and her funeral. I was standing next a former "Parade" cast member and we both said "Look familiar ?!!"
