Hello Jerry,
No, I do not remember your cousin Tex Byler. I started with Pan Am in 1947 (was not there during the '30s) My permament base was at JFK, but I was stationed at various overseas places.
I was sent to whereever Pan Am had problems, such as being involved in 'black market operations', 'embezzlement' etc. See my e-book if interested.
