Yes, Jan---I knew Harry Higbee but I didn't know him well; and yes, he was L.A. based---You mentioned the '70's but I remember him being in L.A. in April, 1980---He was office type and I was flight crew so we didn't cross paths often. Wish I could be of more help---Good Luck to you---KB
