I believe you are possibly referring to a Pan Am Sales Promotion Poster or Calendar page that featured skiing in Stow Vermont. Blackie Kronfeld was a famous photographer who did photography work for Pan Am and others until the early 1960's when he was killed in an AA accident which crashed on take off into Jamaica bay from Idelwild (now JFK) airport.
