:Hi Matt and frank. I have being trying to locate a certain file and log from that afternoon
at tenerife back in 1977 of the events that had taken place on the ground. Clipper Maid N739PA 741-121 jet was asigned to the pacific air routes at that particular month also this was the only PAN AMERICAN jet on the ground at tenerife when these to giants collided together out on the runway. I do recall this as this was put over our screens while in flight from LDN-JFK stating Victor Yankee N736PA lost at tenerife from a collision of a KLM jumbo airport/airfeild closed any flight arrivals diverted. I will try to hunt this log out for you
