Hello, everyone.I've found a site with information that the wreckage of this jet will be moved, but not for reconstruction. There are a few parties whom are interested in obtaining (pieces) of the plane, like accident research bureaus, but also the Museum of Transportation in Glasgow ,England.Just go to www.skynews.com and type "wreckage flight 103" in the search bar. There's also an interesting 3:14 minute video about it in there.Greetings.

: Hello,Erica,Maza and other Panamairs.I
: couldn't help but read your comments on
: N739PA,and I hope I can be of some
: help.First of all,the piece of fuselage
: where the bomb went off, still stands
: reconstructed today,so the proof,or evidence
: of what happened, and why,is not in that
: scrapyard.I did find out,however,that the
: Museum of Transport,in Glasgow,is planning
: to display pieces of the wrecked aircraft,to
: tell the public the story of flight 103,with
: great respect to the people lost on the
: flight.Maybe permission has since been
: granted by the British government to move
: certain items to the new location. However,I
: found out something else to.Apparently, the
: greedy son of the scrapyard owner in
: Tattershall,is selling off pieces of
: wreckage of the Clipper,to fill his own
: pockets.An undercover journalist pretended
: he wanted to buy some items, and the scrapman
: didn't hesitate. If you would like to read
: the article,go to: www.people.co.uk ,and
: type wreckage lockerbie jet in the search
: box.Thank you,and greetings.

: Hello everyone I was up in a scrap yard in
: Scotland where they have being keeping the
: Clipper Maid of the Sea's 747 which is in
: millions of peices. This is now being moved
: away and being reconstructed again in a wear
: house. I thought they would have berried
: this PAN AM 747 years ago its a grave yard
: to me people perished in this jet in 1988.
: What does the US Goverment want know after
: all these years. I will keep you informed
: about its place of reconstruction. Thanks.

:Hello Erica it's good you are watching this
: unfold with our PAN AM ladie who perished in
: 1988,as far as i know they are recalling
: certain aircraft panels of the AFT front
: cargo hold which wern't recovered from the
: seen over lockerbie like other peices still
: out there missing never found. it's only now
: they are looking for these inside panels
: which may lay beneath soiled land in beded
: in creeks little streams. some farmers have
: found windows from N739PA very well
: scratched or whitened from the explosion
: back then. Some parts of inflight overns
: still intact have being found. I look into
: to this further.
