PA Cargo Schedules 1967

Can anyone please help me make sense of the Pacific all-cargo schedules for summer 1967 ?

These show 8 flights per week arriving in Saigon, having routed SFO-HNL-GUM, but only 2 departing - there are also 4 flights per week SFO/HNL which have no corresponding return sectors.

Does anyone have any info. on the return routings of these flights - I'm guesing possibly some sort of charter programme, but if so, from where ?
