Hello PAN AM former employee's and many plane spotters. Qantas Empire Airways of Australia have hit back in the US federal court today dening that they had copied former original Pan American World Airways over a copy right that they used PAN AM'S advitisement of being the world's most experinced airline. Qantas said they have had this advert since the introduction of the 747-238 jets were introduced. Well "HELLO" Long before Qantas could fly around the world using 707 jets PAN AM had already lauched this advert around the globe promoting the airline.This included the 707 's & the introduction of the 747's long before Qantas could fly there wings around the world. But going back to the early days Qantas had never launched it self world wide on such a large scale like PAN AM did.There is evedince to prove that no bill board or TV advert's proved that Qantas had such an advert saying there the world's most experinced airline. In closing of the court today Boston Marine Airways has stated that in no way at all did it give permission or to allow Qantas to advertise this copyright or buy it from Boston Marine airways the sole owner of the PAN AM name sake and it's advertisments which own all right's from the original Queen of the skies PAN AM.
