Hi people you may remember many years ago even today after the fall of a great airline PAN AMERICAN WORLD AIRWAYS well known to us all around the globe. Or THEN WORLD'S MOST EXPERNICED AIRLINE which has being on billboards an other PAN AM brochures through travel agents etc the list goes on since the exsistance of PAN AM and to date with the namming rights and all advertising from past to present which belongs to Boston Marine Airways. Well get this Qantas the Australian airline has being advertising on the internet and on its posters of the new A380 super tub they have. This has wound up in a federal court here in the US over using PAN AM'S logo;s and adverisement rights. Qanats denies any wrong doing and have said it is a totally different wording and in no way copies PAN AM'S logo's. What a "WHOPPER" of a red eye lie they tell. If you tske a look at the wording it's the same as PAN AM'S a direct copy of the wording. Mind you the kangaroo airline has suffered an almighty blow for it's shocking state of aircraft problems still going on and trying to hush up there defects. Most of there aircraft are rotten past there used by date. The FAA should ground there fleet. I can say they are the world's safest airline to date but soon this will catch upon them with there Maintance going off shore to cheap labour. Already they are having problems with there new A380 airbus. But they don't like to advise it through the media. I will keep you informed about this court matter or read the papers for updates.
