Flight Manifest

Hi!
I am a Veteran Service Officer here in North Idaho. I have a veteran whom the VA is denying his claim for disability because there is no proof that he ever landed in Vietnam. I was hoping someone would have access to a flight manifest showing him on it and that it landed at Saigon. The flight originated from San Francisco and landed at Saigon en-route to Thailand. It might have stopped in Guam on the way also. The flight departed on 25/26 December 1964/65. The soldier's name was Jack Sparks of the US Army.
Any help in getting this informaiton is appreciated!!!
