: Hello Tenuku as i recall the office for PAN AM was in Shortland street Downtown Auckland the building use to be called Furgerson House many years back it may have changed. This office was used for reservations and sales there was an office out at AKL airport and the PAN AM lounge for passengers. The PAN AM billboard has being taken down back in 1998 and since being replaced by a Cahty Pacific promotion. Have fun---- WS
