Can anyone tell me the head quarters of PAN AM was in this very tall building was this in MIAMI or New York also was this building wholy owned out right by the airline or was it leased to them. I have also come across an airframe in korea in a resturant oh my "God" You got to be kidding me is this really what happen to N747PA airframe CLIPPER JUAN TRIPPE poor thing it made me sick to think what people go to to ruine such a large historical aircraft to paint it ugly blue red it looks like a lobster cooked on a scewer. Please forgive me fokes and pan amairs I'm not being rude to you but i very saddend upset how these record breaking jets ended up this way. I flew her many times JFK TO LDN SYD/LAX/AKL Thousands of feet above the earth fantastic records PAN AM made and turned the jet aged era to the future. I look at the past and many years gone by seeing in my mind these big PAA jets daily hauling freight passengers 24/7 days a week non stop. The best part i liked was standing up next to these big jets at the airside on speacail visits touching them. I loved the airline it was my only choice of carrier around the globe. I could't ask for a better well run airline a popualar one i must add. But what makes me so upset inside why on earth did she fall from the skies.why couldn't we get a change in real management to save such a delightful airliner. IN my own personal opinion the managemnet should have been long gone before the ground started to shake and crumble in.If i was a billionarie I would resurect her and bring back these 747-100s and her staff and passengers. I hope one day we see her name sake in the skies again. Thank you what a lovely site. Long Live PAN AM
