Hi evryone and many former PAA employee's of the real PAA the queen of the skies and many views and former passengers frequent fliers. I recal an article in the USA today papers from last year on the on going investigations into the PA103 N739PA 747-121 incident over lockerbie in 1988. I also see that the real PAN AM still exsist's by way as a leasing corperation trading as Pan American World Airways world wide leasing.
I thought the company was well and truly gone but it still today exsist's Even registary dept has this as active and trading. They manly deal with larger aircraft leases of today's generation jets and a few older jets with cargo operators. I also found out after doing my own investigations that Boston Marine Airways owners of the name sake PAN AM have the original airbus jets and 727's that belong to the PAA queen of the skies from the past fleet. However it brings me down to the fact that if this is the case and the original PAN AM is still operating where is this on the share price index or Wall ST exchange? But the strange thing i quired is if the name sake or copyright was sold of to Boston Marine airways how is the original PAN AM operating and who is the company running this leasing service. Can anyone help with this. Surley who every operates or leases aircraft would know of this PAN AM exsistance. It also had a article on all the retired 747's scrapped and stored at locations in the deserts. Yet every single 747 Pan AM had went to the brink or onto other companies still opertating these jets today un noticed that PAN AM still had leases and ownership of them all yet they are either scrapped or active. Here's some thing which is comming to light. The 747sp jet N538PA CLIPPER FLEETWING remains stored at Atlanta airport leased to GE as a test bed jet? Yet the real owners still exsits which is PAN AM for some unknown reasons they won't scrap her yet they got the FAA to registar her as stored not active?
Yet her rego still remains with the leasing company. Any comments please let me know.
