Let's remind ourselves that this October, I believe the 26th, will mark the fiftieth anniversary of the first scheduled American jet aircraft service from Idlewild to Paris and that it was, of course, a Pan American Boeing 707. Does anyone know of any planned commemorative activities for that month? Thanks and I must say I was one of the 707's most early and youngest (age 5) passengers in October 1960 from LA to Sydney.
