We here at the BAHF,from TOMS RIVER NJ now have owned for 10yrs,one of the last flyable STRATS around today! STRAT # N522718 is a EX USAF KC97L converted back to a now C97G aircraft. It is in work now to become a Flying Museum Exibit of COLD WAR History. with many displays & memorabilia inside HER huge fuselage. The Big Boeing is now at rest in the big hangar out at Floyd Bennett Field in Brooklyn NY where the restoration of this fantastic cargo & refueler aircraft is taken place.Our goal is to bring HER back to the skies once again in about 2yrs & in the eyes of many at airshows throughout USA. The BAHF also ownes & operates another classic proptransport,the fantastic Berlin Airlift workhorse,the Douglas C54 Skymaster.
