Mysterious Pan Am Lockheed 1049 Constellation

I'm currently reading a book about the Lockheed Constellation (ISBN 0-8938-379-8). This book published by Motorbooks Int'l says than Pan Am had twenty nine 049's, four 749's, and one 1049 Lockheed Constellation. Even though Pan Am never leased a 1049 from Lockheed, they did lease one from Eastern Airlines.

Does anyone know what the aircraft registration number is?

What the Clipper name is?

Why were the 049 and one 1049 Constellation left out of the internet's Pan Am aircraft list?
