Posted by Garret on 10/3/2007, 8:39 am I was wondering what operations took place following the official shutdown on 12/4/91? I realize there was a sad bankruptcy auction in early 92', but did Pan Am employee its pilots and other employees up until a certain date or was it on an as-needed basis, or was that post-shutdown work contracted to airlines that would be buying ex-Pan Am equipment? Work such as transporting planes, ground equipment, etc.
