Pan am DC-3 Side Pitots

Some Pan AM DC-3's had side mounted pitots below the pilots' siding window.
FAA DC-3's had this installation as well.
I am looking for the installation drawing for this - Pan AM Drawing 352544.
Does anyone out there know where I can find a copy?
