Just want to say a big thank you to Jimbo my trainee (no, not little chef-e) for cleaning down my section tonight so i can shoot to Ipswich.(He doesn't know this yet!!!). Getting in a mad mood for tonight, so see you all there. Now off to work to make sure sean the the sheep is not overcooked!! P.S. By the way jimbo, i've swapped shifts and your on breakfast tomorrow!!!
