My Windmill Palm, Not looking great, some body can help me?

Hi, I transplanted a windmill palm tree about a year ago and it is not looking very good, it has maybe about 20% yellowing on leaves and its leaves are kind dropping and unhealthy, it had some flower earlier this year but it dried out quickly. I water it regularly and not sure what's the problem. Any one familiar with this please give me some comments, included are the photo of the palm. if you can't see it please let me know. If you can identify this issue for me, that'll be so thankful!.
