I have a large Canary Island Palm which is too big for my front yard. I want to sell it and replace with a smaller palm. I have been told it's worth a lot of money $20,000 someone said. It's about 30 feet tall. I don't want to ask too much or accept too little. Can anyone advise where I should offer it and what is a fair price?
