Queen Palms & Cold Weather

I have a couple of (used to be beautiful) Queen Palm trees that are about 5 years old and were very healthy before this last cold snap we had in Houston. I though that a good healthy queen palm tree could take the cold? The weather did get around 25 degrees at night for aprox 5 days. it warmed up in the day but not a whole lot.
What palms do you recommend for us here in Houston, where we do get ocassional serious cold snaps?
