Our utility company decided to lop off all the fronds (into the trunk) from a palm growing too close to the power lines.. From what I have read thus far, I am pretty sure it will die. Is there anything I can do? Any chance it will recover or should I cut it the rest of the way down before it dies and falls on a car or person?
