Hey guy your palm has spider mites.. they are a pain first things first take the palms outside and hose them off to help remove some of the mites. Then go to home depot buy an insectcide spray called garden safe comes in a light green bottle. This will rid those mites and spray regularly... if these are kept indoors they will need to be treated once a month or so
