Hey there. did you check each frond for scales? I have lost two awesome majestic palms to scale infestation.... sad. Check each frond look very close for brown or grey bumps or spots if you can scrape one off with your finger then its scales.. you can buy a spray at home depot about 5 dollars and spray the palm down if you catch the scales early enough you can save the palm.
