I live in Southwest Florida and last eve we had high wind gusts. Woke up this Am and the only Queen palm in my yard had it's top snapped off. It is about 20 feet high and the top is still attached. It hangs. I want to know how to tell if the palm is worth savining or do I cut it all the way to the bottom. We have a pool so pulling out the root ball is not an option. I have seen these palm recover after a hurrican, but I have no idea what to look for to save it, if possible. Thank You
