Queen Palms - Borers

We have in Southeast Texas and have two Queen Palms that we planted about two years ago. They were absolutely beautiful until now. It has been very rainy and wet recently have some fronds dropped from one of the trees. Upon investigation, we noticed holes bored from the outside through the fronds which weakened them. Has anyone experienced this before and if so, what can be done about it.
