Not sure about those zones, i would put Windmill Palms hardy down to zone 7. IN the long run, trunking palms are not going to do too well any colder than that, in my opinion. Why not try a Needle Palm or Sabal Minor? But hey, you could try anything. If you decide to go for it, i would plant it on a southern exposure where it would get as much sun as possible and be protected from the north. Maybe 2-3 feet out from a brick wall. If temps are going to drop below freezing and stay there for more than a day, i would wrap the trunk in burlap. I would definitely protect the trunk when temps dip below 20. Good luck.
