Sago profits, and strange red button like growths in the center?

I want to grow 2 acres of Sago palms to sell 10-15 years down the line. I know I will need to do alot of research before hand, but the places I have searched for seeds are all sold out--Are the seeds hard to come by?? What could I expect to profit from each tree 10 years from now?-Also I have a sago that is 5 feet tall and is developing this fuzzy middle with these red button looking growths--are these seeds?? Thanks for your help.
