Hard to say without knowing more. Did you bring it inside after a cold spell that may have burnt the leaves? If that's the case then it probably has a chance. If it was doing well and hadn't been subjected to freezing temps before you brought it in and it looks this way due to lack of water, then it is probably toast. Good luck with it.
