We purchased a Mexican fan in CA a yr ago in CA and brought it back to MI with us. We repotted it and is was growing nicely. It is in a large pot and kept inside. It is approximately 4 to 5 ft tall. It is not sprouting new fans as quickly as it was. Do they go dormant in the winter even when kept inside? Should I be concerned?
