Wife and I are working on escaping from NY to TN and in one week everything in the house is breaking! The house doesn't want us to go I guess or its gonna make me pay!
Boiler's instant hot water coil is clogged, new indirect water heater 1k+, kitchen sink faucet breaks, stone wall collapses, tree snaps in half way up high oh and wind storm pops half the shutter tops off. What the heck?
Oh well, just gotta roll up my sleeves and deal with it. At least the folks that buy the place will get one in top shape. Hope the market improves because we'd like to get out of here by next year.
Anyone living in the Benton County area?
