If only you'd posted sooner. I spent some time chatting with a shooter in a wheelchair at Friendship. I think he had limited mobility, because he shoots Light Bench and Cross Sticks. But I'd sure asked him for you if I had known. I believe he's from Iowa, in case anyone here knows how to contact him.
I'd hope the NRA would be able to provide some help also.
Assuming he'll be muzzleloading, I suspect a short barrelled rifle is in order. A long rifle would be rather challenging to load from a seated position.
