Carl...It's on its way out and will be extinct in a few short months, only to be had by those willing to gather and grind the grains necessary to product this "wine" of the health conscience. By-the-way, while I enjoy the brew, I'll not be going to the effort to try to make my own version of Postum. Instead, I'll just stick with Pappy's sassafras concentrate instant tea, found at better groceries everywhere.
