Imagine you've been pulverized by those winter tornados a week or so ago. You are probably almost out of shock, when BAMO, here come the Feds to the rescue. That's right, the plan is to lend the victims FEMA trailers! Kind of like twisting the bayonet in the wound, then pouring in a box of salt.
I saw an aerial photo today of Little Rock airport, and there are over 7000 trailers in storage there. Maybe I'm wrong here, but when you couple FEMA with Lowest Bidder it just sounds like a disaster coming at you again.
