Two girls. Two healthy girls. Two healthy, perfectly normal girls. For any other fem, this would probably seem normal. To Terra, this almost seemed like a god sent blessing and relief. Din and Rudia were, by far, the most normal and natural pups she'd bared.... Well, so far at least. There was no telling what might happen in the future. After all, Avea hadn't shown any strange signs until she was several weeks old. However, these two balls of fluff, only a few weeks old, were her priority for the moment.
Terra licked the silver cap of a head of the pup they'd named Rudia, smiling as the little girl's ear flicked and she sighed in her sleep. It was quiet with Taboo gone and Emil snoozing outside the den. Sweetie had gone off to explore a bit, something admirable in the fem's eyes. The teen girl was rather strong willed and gutsy, a lot like her mother. Zeb had stopped by not that long about to pick up Isaiah and take him out for the day. It was actually pretty neat, Isaiah being about the same age as his niece Syn... About the same size too. Poor little runt. All in all, it was a very quite morning and looking to be a very quiet day as well. That thought actually annoyed the fiery wolfess.
And so, when a very familiar and welcome voice broke the silence in a grumble to her son outside the den, the fem jumped to her golden paws, startling the little white and silver pup that had been sleeping between her front legs. "Come on, girls," Terra commanded more than cued. "You're father's back." By the time Taboo had reached the den, the white and gold wolfess was right there giving him a lick on the cheek. She barked a laugh at his comment, tail giving an amused flick. "Of course he wouldn't, dear. Doesn't have enough drive to go out and try in the first place." Sure, it was an insult, but it wasn't like Emil hadn't earned it. Sleeping in and behind generally lazy wasn't on Terra's list of positive qualities.
The wolfess took up one of the hares and moved out into the rising sunlight, prefering to eat outside the den anyway in order to avoid a messy living space. Terra did a few circles, then plopped down on the cold, dead grass and started tearing at the fur. "Oh," she paused, ears perking up and a toothy smile spreading across her face. "You just missed Zeb, by the way. He took Isaiah out for the day. I guess their going after elk with Syn." Syn was, by far, one of Terra's favorite subject as of late, besides her two beautiful young girls that is. The first grandchild she'd had.. well, that she met at least. And oh how beautiful the girl was turning out to be. Too bad the mother was such a wretched wench.
