Fade smiled at her words, of course it felt nice to have something you never knew you were missing. "I used to think leaving was the adventure of a lifetime. Honestly I never would have known anything if I didn't take the time to stop and help a wolf...who hadn't eaten in while." Fade spoke as Unknown nuzzled him...Fade nuzzled back, "and I you." was very simple but those words held more truth and emotion that any outsider could ever see.
Fayt was taken by surprise as he was picked up and lowered...but regurgitated food was his favorite. At least the taste of meat wasn't new to him..but biting into it on his own was certainly unexpected. He hesitated...then whined a little...then finally at his brothers conquest joined in. The meat was quite tough and tasted much different before it had been chewed, pre-digested then spit up. He wasn't sure if he liked it...there was a funny face then the taste game in. It was good...and with a swallow and a "Mmmm" he went in to work at tearing another piece.
Of course Fade knew that put less stress on Unknowns body to not only suckle and then to slowly move to regurgitation...then fully into it it had to be quite tiring. "Well lets teach them tricks!" he said excited that finally they were eating meat on their own...made him so proud. If there was a light for pride it would be the strongest as it radiated from the new dad.
