It's a text based RPG, so you play everything out in words, describing what your character is doing. First Question: You don't necassarily just walk right in and join. You've got to be accepted by the alpha to join. Now, you can enter the territoy and request to join, but that doesn't mean you will because the alpha of the pack has to allow you to join.
