Submissions Page for the OZpoet Showcase. The Showcase has a new theme each month and gives Australian/NZ poets an opportunity to present their work. Poets enter their poems here in the message box at the bottom of the screen. From these submissions, our Selectors choose the best poems for the Showcase. The winning selection and the next Showcase theme are notified on the OZpoet email list which you can join on the OZpoet homepage. To be eligible for selection, please include the following details: Your name and location [town, state, country] Your email address The name of the poem and the poem itself You may post two poems to this Submission Page for each Showcase. Poems must relate to the monthly theme posted on the OZpoet Showcase page. Note that this Submission Page is monitored. Postings that do not meet these criteria will be deleted. Want to stop blinking ads? Change your browser preferences as follows. Internet Explorer Go to Tools menu, click Internet Options. Click the Advanced tab. In the Multimedia area, clear the 'Play animations' box. Netscape Left click on View, go down to Stop Animations and click. Close your browser and open it again, and you should be blink free! This stops only gif animations and you'll find that java applets and Flash animations still work. But as most of the nuisances seem to be gifs, I have found the Web [and this Message Board] a MUCH more pleasant place since I changed this preference.
