I know I need to exercise....I sit around far too much, but walking hurts my legs and back....plus I get shortnes of breath.
When I was much younger, I had a mini trampoline and used it faithfully while the kid were in school. I'd crank up the music and dance away.
Well, I know I can no longer do that...but maybe I can bounce up and down and improve my breathing ---and strengthen my legs. It come with a "holding bar".. Time will tell....
