I have been taking vitamins and Mineral supplements since my mid 20tis and I am now 85 I take a Multi, "C", B-100, "D", CQ-10, Lutein, Osteo By-flex, Selenium, Garlic, Fish oil. I seems to do good so I will keep it up. I know it seems a lot but like my FP says it does not hurt.
