M-box for winds. Xp/Cubase SX/Reaktor-Thoughts?

Anyone have M-box for the Pc running XP? How is it? Is Cubase SX(or SL) an improvement in audio control features/etc?Also, a new Reaktor is comming - users feel this is worth it's weight as a sound-designing software standalone? Comments or reviews please. peace all, the mantis
