    Funny, Hansel an Gretel was by FAR my favorite story as a kid..my dad told us hilarious versions with us as the kids and how we attacked the old lady/witch and escaped.

    I loved the idea of a "getting lost" adventure from an early age apparently, as opposed to being a princess

    ya know, honestly I didn't think of it. I watched it with an 11 year old boy at an overnight job and I just didn't think of it because we were making comments once in a while, etc..suprised I didn't, really.

    once their mother realized it wasn't her parents, they should have run.

    they should have made it clear that the house was way out in the sticks and they likely would have gotten lost.

    btw did you like the Hansel and Gretel story of it? took me a bit but once the little girl got in the oven it made so much sense.

    i was creeped out.

    and that old lady? doing pretty good for her age, if you know what i mean.

    oh yeah, what was that movie you told me to watch. i was going to try to watch it but couldn't remember the name.
