Where these schools always bad? Or did they just have lower enrollments in the past, and Pell Grant money just propped them up? I think we will see the directionals converted to specialty/concentrated programs (WIU - law enforcement, NIU - Accy, etc) with drastically reduced program offerings and colleges/departments.
